Conducting CATI surveys for a leading manufacturer of electronic devices
A leading global manufacturer offering technologies in electronics, home appliances and mobile communications contacted us with a proposal for cooperation in the field of market research.
The aim of the project was to provide information about the quality of services provided at the sales and service points. The client wanted to implement quality development and communication tools, and reinforce its leading position in the industry and increase market share.
The client wanted to launch necessary procedures and tools towards the achievement of his targeted sales and image buliding. The project was thus based on a comprehensive test system in direct contact with the respondent by means of modern communication techniques - a CATI survey.
Implementation of the projectbegan with determining the conditions for cooperation, and verification of the script supplied by the customer. The script included the scope and the detailed course of study. After accepting the amendments in the script, the project went to the operating department, in order to refine the details of the action. The project was a pilot study of a world survey. In principle the research process was to be conducted with the utmost attention to quality and confidentiality of information gathered. The study assumed to carry out surveys on the basis of the available client's database. The idea was for a period of one month to test 40,000 records, representing 10,000 completed questionnaires. Ultimately, the project took the form of quarterly surveys in CATI system survey.
Summary of the project. Upon the completion of the project a summary of the survey was developed. Data from the report has impact on the business activities. Client periodically instructs us to perform further research for its brand.
